Ralph Barson
Owner
Ralph started in the insurance industry in 1975 selling Medicare Supplements. In 2005, he started focusing on Medicare Advantage Plans. He loves working with the Senior market, and enjoys helping new agents be successful.
Greg Barson
Owner
Greg joined his father in the industry in 2004, after graduating from USC. In 2010, he began to focus solely on building his business in the Senior Market and now recruits and trains other agents to be successful.
Marian Rieta
Office Manager
Marian joined Barson Insurance in 2016. She handles the day to day operations and administrative needs including contracting, certifications, and helping agents with plan information.
Sylvia Volluz
Director of Agent Development
Sylvia joined Barson Insurance in June 2020. She handles agent recruiting and development, and assists agents through the AHIP and contracting processes.
